Mix milk, a pinch of sugar and yeast well and keep aside for 8-10 minutes

Combine all-purpose flour, a pinch of salt, sugar. Mix well

Add bloomed yeast mixture to the dry mixture. Mix until it forms a dough

Knead the dough for 5 minutes

Add butter 1 tbsp at a time, Knead well and repeat. Knead until all the butter is incorporated

Make a ball and cover for 1.5 - 2 hours. The dough should double in size

Roll out the dough to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut out donut holes. Cover and let them rest for 30 - 45 minutes

Deep fry them until golden

To make the chocolate glaze, mix the chocolate and oil and microwave at 30 seconds intervals until it's melted

To make the vanilla glaze, mix all the ingredients to form a smooth mixture
