Take a bowl and beater whisk keep it in freezer so it becomes chilled.

Now add whipping cream in it and start beating first beat it on low speed then fast..

Now add condensed milk in it.if cream is already have sugar add 1-2 tbsp otherwise add condensed milk more in it..

Now add 1/3 cup of lotus biscuits spread.microwave it for 30 seconds and add in whipping cream...

Add some crushed lotus biscuits it and mix 👇

Now shift it in air tight bowl

Drizzle some lotus spread on top and sprinkle lotus biscuits chunks

Cover with baking paper or cling wrap so that moisture will not go inside the ice cream..

Freeze it for 8 hours or a day and then enjoy...
