  • 2eggs
  • 100 gsugar
  • 100 gsoft unsalted butter
  • 350 gplain flour
  • 12 gbaking powder
  • Pinchsalt
  • 3 gcinnamon
  • 2apples

    Heat oven to 375°.
    Beat sugar and egg in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add salt, soft butter then beat well.

    Gradually add flour, cinnamon & baking powder. When the dough becomes thicker, using spatula to fold. Peel & chop 2 apples. Stir in apples.

    Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto cookie sheet. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350oF or until light brown. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack; cool. Store loosely covered.
