Ingredients

  • 4over ripe bananas
  • 2eggs (beat)
  • 4 tablespoonsmelted butter
  • 1/2 tspvanilla
  • Dry Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cupall-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  • 1/2 cupgranulated sugar
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1 tspcinnamon

Steps

25 Minutes
  1. 1

    Start oven to 345 degrees

  2. 2

    Mash bananas (leave some chunks), then mix in beat eggs, melted butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar, after combined mix in vanilla

  3. 3

    In another bowl mix all dry ingredients today

  4. 4

    Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients, just until we’ll combined do not over mix

  5. 5

    Put liners in muffin pan, spray lightly with canola oil (any pam is fine), then using a 1/4 measuring cup measure out 1/4 mix into each liner

  6. 6

    Bake for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
