Ingredients

  • For chicken
  • 250 gramChicken strips
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tspBlack pepper powder
  • 2 tbspYogurt
  • 1 tspG.g paste
  • 1 tspRed crush chilli
  • For white sauce
  • 2 tbspMaida
  • 2 cupsMilk
  • Salt pepper and crush chilli to taste or 1 tsp each
  • Boil macaronis

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the macaronis for 8 to 10 mnts and set aside

    Marinate chicken with all ingredients and set aside

    Heat 2 tbsp butter, add maida and fry then add milk and all ingredients and give a good mix

    Cook for 2 mnts and its done

    Heat 2 tbsp oil and cook chicken until soft

    Mix macaroni and white sauce sprinkle some cheese if u like and cover for a mnt

    Serve in a bowl with chicken on the top 🤤
