Ingredients

20 minutes
Serves 4 servings
  • 1 packagecrab sticks for hot pot
  • 1small napa cabbage
  • 3dried shiitake mushrooms (soaked and sliced)
  • Seasonings
  • 2/3 cupwater (using a rice measuring cup)
  • 1 tablespoonumami stir-fry sauce

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash the napa cabbage and cut it into pieces; separate the crab sticks into strips; squeeze the water out of the shiitake mushroom slices and set aside.

  2. 2

    Heat a little oil in a pan. Sauté the shiitake mushroom slices until fragrant, then add the cabbage and crab sticks. Stir-fry, add water, bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on medium-low heat.

  3. 3

    Cook until the cabbage stems are softened, about 10 minutes. Add the umami stir-fry sauce, mix well, and serve.
