It's a healthy Kerala snack .quick recipe n easy to cook.one can enjoy it with tea or coffee..as you wish.Badically it's made from whole moong lentil...but I made it with moong dal sprouts .
Steps

First wash moong dal (lentil) n soak it overnight n leavevit again overnight to let sprouts come out.

Put a pan on fire n add 1 tsp coconut oil/ refined
and add mustard seeds+turmeric powder - 3
Now we will grind coconut +curry leaves+ginger+garlic+red chilli powder coarsely

Add curry leaves

Now add sprouts n stir it n mix it well

Fry it for sumtime

Add 1/2cup water to it n cover it.

Now open it and add coconut powder paste

Keep stirring n mix it well.
Our SPROUTS THORAN s ready to be served.
