Steps

Take 1ltr milk in a pan and put it for curdling, meanwhile, it gets curdled.
Take 500ml milk in a kadhai put it to get thick and water from milk gets away. - 2
Once the milk gets curdle, put it out in a net soak the water out.
Just give a very little slight mash.
Once you see that milk starts getting thick, add 250 gms of sugar and cardamom powder - 3
.
Then add this chena into the milk and put gas on medium flame and slowly stir it till all the milk gets soaked by chena. - 4
Make sure there is no more water in it and it is thick.
Then in a tray spread little ghee so once we put the batter, at the time of taking it out it doesn't get stuck. - 5
Spread the mix evenly in the tray or plate
Level it and leave it aside for cooling.
Once it's cooled garnish it with almond pistachio and saffron all optional for flavor.
Cut it into pieces and it's ready to serve.
