Crunch ice cream

For crunch Sugar,almond and butter

Melt the sugar on low flame

Sugar become melt start...care fully melt the sugar on low flame

Add almond and mix it...and add butter and mix it...it is ready..grease the steel tray or marble..dont use plastic tray

Spread the melted sugar on tha marble and let it cool down...after few min broke the crunch with spoon..make itn chunks...crunch is ready

For ice cream....beat the cream until become soft peak...add condensed milk,vanilla essence and again beat it soft peak

Add yellow food color and mix it...and now add crunch and mix it

Afrer mix the crunch in cream..pour in the air tight box...and freez it over night....or 8 hours

After 8 hours crunch ice cream is ready...garnish with crunch..enjoy the summer with cool cool thanda thnada..😋
