No bake Spicy Walnut Mango Cheese Cake

We always have been enjoying mango cheesecake as sweet But I just wanted to give a spicy twist to this dessert & it turned out so well !
This sweet/tangy/spicy mango cheesecake with walnut gives you a blast of flavours!

No bake Spicy Walnut Mango Cheese Cake

Steps

Take digestive biscuits & crush them to make powder

Add butter to buiscuit & gently mix them with hands. If you feel mix is still dry add 2 tbsp milk and mix it again. Keep adding the milk until you feel mixture is not dry

In a cheesecake mould or pan apply ghee/butter in bottom & spread.Now pour all the buiscuit mix in bottom (all over). Cover the bottom and press gently with hands.
Once done now put it in fridge for 10 mins to set - 4
In bowl take creme cheese and powdered sugar.Mix them with hand mixer for 1/2 mins. If you do not have hand mixer gently mix it with spatula.

In mixer take 3 chopped mango pieces and 2 tbsp powdered sugar. Grind it find in puree.Add half of this mango puree in the cheese mixer.
Mix it again with hand mixer/spetula. - 6
Take a chilled room creme in a deep bowl(Make sure you place room creme 30 mins in freezer before using it)Add 4_5 tbsp powdered sugar to it.Now take a electric hand mixer & mix it on medium to high speed for about 3 to 4 mins. Until texture becomes thick & it forms pick.
(hand mixer is the same which we use to make cake buttercream)
Add this to mango cheese cream mixture & mix with spatula - 7
Now remove the cheesecake pan from fridge and pour our mango cheese cream mix above the buiscuit layer

Tap the pan twice to layer the cheesecake

Put it in the refrigerator.Now take the remaining mango pulp in hot pan & cook it until thicken.

While cooking mango pulp its time to add spices.so add 1/2 tbsp of black pepper powder and 1/2 tbsp of paprika to it. Keep stiring in between.

Take half bowl of walnut and grind it into fine powder. Add this walnut powder to mango puree.
Keep stiring mango puree for about 3 mins. - 12
Now take the mango puree off the flame and let it cool. Once cooled down you pour it on the top of mango cremecheese layer.
Spread with spatula. - 13
Garnish with some finely chopped walnut to enjoy the crunch.

Put this cheesecake in fridge (not freezer)to set for overnight.Next day it will be ready to serve.You can even enjoy Cheesecake for 2/3 days while keeping in the fridge.
