This is an extremely easy Middle Eastern dish, very satisfying and very tasty.

Saute the onions until translucent, add on the ground beef, salt, black pepper, Aleppo seven spice and cook until well done.

Add the red pepper paste and continue cooking on low heat for another two minutes.

Add the passata, water and bulgur wheat, stir everything together, cover the pot partially and let it simmer until the liquid is fully absorbed and the bulgur is cooked.

Turn the heat off and let it rest for 15 minutes and enjoy with pickles.
