Take a wok. Add sugar and water.

Stir them continuously. Make 1 taar chashni. Now add rose essence and cardamom powder.

Then add paneer cubes in it. Stir continuously. After few minutes white bubbles will appear. Then turn off the flame.

And start stirring continuously. The chashni will become thick. Stir till paneer is coated nicely with chashni.
