Today I made tasty and delicious mango Ice-Cream.
Steps

First place 1 packet fresh cream and 1 empty bowl in the freezer.

Take 2 alphonso mango, wash, peel and cut small pieces.

Take sugar mix with the mango pieces and make fine paste in mixer jar.

Take 1 packet chilled fresh cream, pour fresh cream in a large chilled bowl then beat the cream with the electric hand beater until stiff peaks form.

Now add mango pulp and condensed milk to the cream and again beat to mix well.

When the mixture is ready pour it in air tight container, spread evenly, now some mango pieces spread over the ice cream.

Now cover the container with alluminium foil and then close the lid and put to freezer for 7-8 hours

After 7-8 hours, Mango Ice- Cream is frozen and ready. Garnish it with dry fruits or mango pieces, serve it.
