Cooking Instructions

Marinate paneer and all vegetables.Beat curds,add saatu,salt,haldi powder,red chilli powder,ajwain crushed in palm,saunf powder,add oil and mix with hand beater.Chop all veggies,onion dices,tomato dices seeded,green pepper in big dices.Thick chopped paneer pieces.Mix all of this in marinate.

Keep on fridge for 20 minutes.Saute with oil on gas.Cover and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.

For Paneer Tikka masala--Heat oil,add zeera crackle it,add hing powder add sliced onion 1 tbsp saute them little.Add crushed ginger.Saute nicely.Add pureed tomatoes saute nicely till masala leaves all.Add all dry masalas.Add salt to taste,red chilli powder,haldi powder,dhania powder,Kasuri methi.Add paneer pieces Mix well.

Saute separately paneer pieces for paneer tikka masala.

Saute all.

Cover and cook for 5 more minutes.

Serve hot with garnishing of chopped green coriander,slit green chilli.Serve with roti or rice.

Serve with white gravy paneer tikka.
