Steps

Pour boiling water over the aburaage to cut excess oil. Slice into half, and open up to make little pockets.

Add the ★ ingredients and the aburaage from Step 1 into a pot, and simmer for 10 minutes. Mix the ◎ ingredients in a bowl to make sushi vinegar.

Add ◎ mixture to freshly cooked rice, and mix with a cutting motion. Divide the rice into 16 portions.

Squeeze out the excess water from the aburaage pockets, and stuff with sushi rice, and they're done.
