Ingredients

  • 500 gsmall button mushrooms
  • Drizzle of olive oil
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • 1 tspmixed herbs
  • To tasteGround black pepper
  • To tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients in a bowl well with the mushrooms.

  2. 2

    Preheat air fryer to 200c.

  3. 3

    May need to be cooked in batches. Leave enough space around them for air to flow.

  4. 4

    Air-fry for 15-20 minutes depending how crispy you want them. Shake occasionally.

  5. 5

    Serve immediately.
