Ingredients

  • 1 cupmaida
  • 1/4 cupOil
  • Pissi hoi sugar to taste
  • 2large eggs
  • 1 tspVanilla essence
  • 1 tspoon baking powder

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add sugar and eggs
    Beat till fluffy
    Add oil, beat again
    Add vanilla essence and mix well
    Now add dry ingredients and mix with spoon
    Add mixture to baking pot,
    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

    Ready to serve
