First whistle the soaked matar for 4 whistle on medium -low flame,keep it aside

Do the masala,keep it aside,add oil add bayleaf jeera,sukhi mirchi,sliced onion n masala paste, after it...
Do fry it on low flame....add but water...2 spoon...to avoid roasting... - 3
At this stage,add roasted besan,to the gravy,add salt,haldi,Mirchi powder,keep flame at low to allow the gravy to b flavored texture...add the matar,don't put water now,just allow it b tossed for say 5/6 mins...add water,jeera roasted...n garam masala,cover,check required consistency of gravy...it's semi flowing..... just add ginger Julienne,n chopped green chilli,.. serve with idli vada, uthappam,set Dosa,paratha,
