Put the Cocoa powder in to a bowl.

Add the icing sugar into the bowl.

Mix the milk powder into the mix.

Melt the butter.

Put oil in a bowl

Mix.

Add sprinkles into the mix.(optional)

Get molds and put the mixture into the molds.

Add any topings.(optional)
