Usually eaten with rice for lunch or dinner, I prefer eating this on it's own for breakfast!
Steps

Chop all of the ingredients and add some salt and pepper to the whisked eggs.

Place the tomatos and mange tout in a pan and garlic and stir fry until slightly softened.

Then add the soy sauce, coriander and chilli and cook for another minute.

Add the eggs to the pan and fry until cooked, then add the sesame oil and serve.
