Fafdas with little twist.
Steps

Blanch spinach leaves and make puree of it.

In a bowl add besan carom seeds, pepper powder, salt, soda,3sp oil and mix then add spinach puree and knead medium soft dough.

Now take a small portion of dough and using the end of plam give it fafda shape or you can use a rolling pin.

Heat oil and fry fafda on medium sim till crisp. Fry all fafdas.

Fafdas are ready to enjoy with fried chilies and tea.
