Ingredients

  • 2 (200 g)pork shoulder chops
  • Marinade
  • 1 tbspbrown sugar
  • 1 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1 tbspoyster sauce
  • 1 tbspfish sauce
  • 1 clovegarlic, minced
  • 1 tspsesame oil
  • 1/2fresh lime juice

    Mix the marinade in a bowl and massage the pork chops thoroughly for 1-2 mins. Marinate for 15-30 mins

    Pan fry over medium heat until the sugars start to caramelise.

    Serve over a bed of spring onions and a side salad. Enjoy!
