Marinate the fish in all these sauces for atleast half an hour.

Place the flour, whisked eggs, and bread crumbs in three separate bowls.

Coat the marinated fish pieces in flour then egg and lastly in bread crumbs.and really press the bread crumbs on the fish so they have a good crust.

Heat the oil and fry fish pieces until golden. Do not over crowded the wok during frying. Serve with French fries tartar sauce and dipitt Chili Garlic sauce for extra kick.
