Beat the eggs with sugar until its becomes pale.....add flour n butter n fold in smoothly

Take a pan...grease it with butter...pour the batter on a low flame...cover the lid.

The sponge will be ready in 10 to 12 mins

Mix crushed coconut cream n add sugar to taste

Put the sponge on parchmnt sheet..spread the coconut cream n roll it over

Refrigerate it for 2hrs

Pour cream n crushed coconut over it too
