These super easy Vegetarian wraps are such a delicious and high protein plant-based meal do give it a try 🙂

First of all place, the lettuce leaves on ice water for 5 min, drain the water and pat dry from a kitchen towel to remove water, keep it aside.

Now take a pan add 2 tbsp olive oil and saute onions for 1 min.

Prepare the dressing by using soy sauce, red tomato chili sauce, vinegar and mix well to make a good consistency.

Then add in your favorite veggies like capsicum, bell pepper, carrot, broccoli, mushroom, etc, that add paneer or tofu

Add black pepper and salt as/ your taste, saute till the Vegetables becomes crunchy and nice don't overcook

Then add in the prepared sauce mix it with veggies, add roasted peanuts and give a good stir for the final touch.

Transfer it to a bowl and keep it aside.

Place the lettuce leaves on a serving plate, add the veggies on lettuce.

Spread some cheese over it and season it with oregano.

You can garnish some sesame seed while Serving.
