In a bowl add mango seeds & 1 cup water,soak for 20 minutes in water,then with clean hands remove pulp from seeds,add mango purée mix well,heat pan add oil heat oil add muster seeds crackle it then add cumin seeds fenugreek seeds cloves,cinnamon stick,curry leaves,dry red chilli.kashmiri red chilli powder.

Add in mango pulp pan, add mango seeds also,on the flame put this pan,stir well cook for 2 minutes add 1 cup water & masala,salt, turmeric,sambhar masalo,dry mango powder,jeggery,grated coconut,cook 3-4 minutes,cook until thick consistency,now off the flame.add chopped coriander.
