Ingredients

  • 2 cup(maida)refined flour
  • 2 tspdesi ghee
  • Few strands of kesar
  • Halflemon juice
  • 1 packeteno
  • 2 tbspgram flour
  • 1 tspCardamom powder
  • For sugar syrup
  • 2 cup sugar
  • As requiredghee or oil for frying
  • For rabri
  • 1kgmilk
  • 1/2 tspCardamom powder
  • as required strands of kesar
  • As per tasteSugar to taste

Steps

    Take any mixing bowl combine refined flour, baking powder, 2tsb ghee, water, saffron colour, and mix it well keep aside for 5 minutes add three fourth cup of water, and whisk it till there are no lumps. Keep aside for 5 minutes.

    Meanwhile, take any pot or vessel and sugar heat on the medium flame when the sugar melts and lemon juice and keep stirring till one string is achieved.

    Now add saffron, cardamom powder mix it well turn off the flame and keep aside still in use.

    Now, heat oil for deep frying in a wide pan, now mix better add eno whisk it well, and fill the prepared batter in a piping bag or ketchup bottle.

    Now make it in round shape try the jalebis till golden in color remove the jalebis immediately and dip in prepared sugar syrup, Now soak the jalebi for 4 to 5 minutes remove it very gently and arrange on a plate.

    For rabdi: Take any pan boil milk on high flame. Stir continuously otherwise the milk will burn from below. Reduce milk until it becomes thick add saffron aur cardamom powder.

    Add sugar according to your taste. Serve it hot.
