After making mint syrup with fresh mint leaves from my garden, I decided to make this cool and delicious dessert. It's simple, quick, and irresistible.

Soak the gelatin sheets in a glass of water to soften them.

Pour the heavy cream into a small saucepan and bring it to a boil.

When the cream starts to boil, remove from heat, squeeze out the gelatin sheets, and add them to the cream along with the mint syrup.

Stir well and pour the mixture into molds.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Before serving, melt the dark chocolate and pour it over the desserts.
