Ingredients

5 minutes + refrigeration
2 servings
  • 3/4 cupheavy cream (200 ml)
  • 2 tablespoonsmint syrup
  • 2 sheetsunflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 cupwater (120 ml)
  • as neededDark chocolate,

Steps

5 minutes + refrigeration
  1. 1

    Soak the gelatin sheets in a glass of water to soften them.

  2. 2

    Pour the heavy cream into a small saucepan and bring it to a boil.

  3. 3

    When the cream starts to boil, remove from heat, squeeze out the gelatin sheets, and add them to the cream along with the mint syrup.

  4. 4

    Stir well and pour the mixture into molds.

  5. 5

    Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

  6. 6

    Before serving, melt the dark chocolate and pour it over the desserts.
