Besan laddu
Steps

First in a wok heat ghee, add gram flour and mix until the besan is well combined with ghee. Continue roast on low flame, if mixture looks dry add tbsp of ghee.

Now add suji(semolina) Stir continuously and roast until the mixture starts to release ghee or it turns golden brown.

While frying the gram flour, sprinkle some water in it, as soon as the water is sprinkled, foam will start forming in the gram flour mixture, keep stirring continuously till the foam is gone. Repeat this process twice, this will make the gram flour ladoos grainy.
Transfer the mixture into large plate or bowl and allow it to cool slightly. - 4
Once the besan is cooled (slightly warm) add powdered sugar/ bura/tagar and cardamom powder, mix really well until everything is well combined. add chopped nuts too.

Prepare a ball sized laddu, delicious besan laddu is ready to enjoy, keep them in air tight container to store.
