  1. 9-10Kheri
  2. as per taste Salt
  3. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  4. 1 tspOil
  5. 1 pinchturmeric powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Take kheri/Raw mango.. Wash them

    Cut into slices

    Add red chilli powder+ Turmeric powder + Salt

    Add few drops of oil.. Mix all well

    It's ready..

    Transfer into a jar or any bottle......(keep it rest for 2-3 hours)

    Serve with parathas, rotis, rice and lacha parathas......
