Ingredients

  • 2ripe tomatoes grated or blended
  • 1Chillie chopped
  • 1onion thinly sliced
  • 1 bunchcoriander
  • Fish masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Deep fried fresh tilapia

Steps

    Fry your onions till golden brown

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes..stir and let it simmer

  3. 3

    Add masala and salt..stiradd a half cup of hot water

  4. 4

    Add in your tilapia

  5. 5

    Let it cook till the you achieve a thick gravy..

  6. 6

    Sprinkle coriander..

  7. 7

    Then remove..

  8. 8

    Serve with hot ugali 😋
