Ingredients

  1. 2burgur buns
  2. 4 tablespoonstomato sauce
  3. For salsa
  4. 1big ripe mango peeled and cut into dice
  5. 1small cucumber diced
  6. 1medium size onion diced
  7. 1medium size tomato diced
  8. 1 teaspoonlemon juice
  9. as per tasteSalt and pepper
  10. 1 handfulmint leaves chopped
  11. For patty
  12. 1big size boiled potato
  13. 1 cupsocked soya chunks
  14. 1 teaspoonginger garlic paste
  15. 1/2 teaspoonchat masala
  16. as per tasteSalt and pepper for seasoning
  17. 1 tablespoontoasted gram flour
  18. 4 tablespoonswhite oil

Cooking Instructions

    To make the patty mash the boil potato.

    Heat the pan and add 1 tablespoon of oil. Add the ginger garlic paste saute a little bit then add the soya chunks.

    Add salt and pepper. Now add the mashed potato, roasted gram flour and chat masala, cook for a while.

    Cool the mixture and make the patties. Then heat the remaining oil in a pan and shallow fry them.

    To make the mango salsa take all the ingredients in a bowl and mix.

    Now take the burger buns cut into halves. Put some tomato sauce in the lower part, then put one patty and then add the mango salsa over it. Next put the top part of the bun. Fix it with a toothpick. And it's ready to serve.
