2onions sliced
3tomatoes sliced
2green chillies chopped
4-6mint leaves chopped
1 tspred chilli powder
1 tspsalt
1/4 cupOil
1 tbspgarlic chopped
1/2 tspwhite cumin

Put oil in a pan,add zeera and garlic and saute. Add onions and saute,them add tomatoes.

Add 1 cup water,all spices and cook for sometime
3

Cook until chutney is well blended and oil separates add mint leaves. Goes best with besan ke parathay
