Sieve chickpea flour. Heat clarified butter in a nonstick pan add chickpea flour & semolina. Mix everything well and keep the flame low. Keep stirring.

Once the mixture gets roasted properly it will become very loose, change its color, leave a nice aroma and flowing consistency.

Now let the mixture cool completely to room temperature then add the powdered sugar, cardamom powder, and nutmeg powder to the bowl. Mix everything properly and divide the contents equally into small balls. Shape them into round balls by pressing, using both hands, and serve them.
