  4. 1red chilli 🌶 chopped
  5. 2garlic cloves chopped
  6. Handfulbaby sweetcorn sliced
  7. 2 tspsmoked paprika
  8. 1 tspcumin powder
  9. 1 tsporegano
  10. 1 tspchilli powder
  11. 1 tspparsley
  12. 2 tbspwater
  13. Oil for pan

    Chop veg in an oiled wok add garlic and chilli fry quickly

    Add all veg mix for 1 min then add seasoning
