  • 1red chilli 🌶 chopped
  • 2garlic cloves chopped
  • Handfulbaby sweetcorn sliced
  • 2 tspsmoked paprika
  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • 1 tsporegano
  • 1 tspchilli powder
  • 1 tspparsley
  • 2 tbspwater
  • Oil for pan

    Chop veg in an oiled wok add garlic and chilli fry quickly

  2. 2

    Add all veg mix for 1 min then add seasoning
