  • 1 tsporegano
  • 1 tspchilli powder
  • 1 tspparsley
  • 2 tbspwater
  • Oil for pan

    Chop veg in an oiled wok add garlic and chilli fry quickly

    Add all veg mix for 1 min then add seasoning
