  • Ginger(crushed)
  • Garlic(crushed)
  • 2onions
  • Salt
  • 2 tbspC.oil
  • Dhania

    Boil your meat with ginger, garlic, and salt until tender.

  2. 2

    In a pan heat onions till medium browned.

    Add your boiled meat, salt, and mix well.

    When the meat starts browning, reduce your heat.

    Add your dhania. Serve with ugali and kachumbari.😋
