Peel your potatoes and wash them before cutting.

Cut into circular shape.

Salt the potatoes and let them drain the excess water.

Heat oil till hot. Deep fry the potatoes to the crunchiness you desire.

Chop your onions and saute them in a pan.

Add your fried potatoes and mix them gently for 1 min. Add your dhania.

Serve. I like them with banana, milk and peanut smoothie.😋
