2 people

2fried tilapia fish
2large tomatoes(blended)
2medium onions
Dhania
Salt
2 tbspC.oil
1chilli(chopped)

Steps

In a medium sufuria heat your onions till golden brown.

Add your blended tomatoes and stir. Let it simmer for 3-5 mins.

Add your chillies and stir.(optional)

Add your fish. Let it cook for 2 min. Cook each side for few minutes. You can add some water if you need soup
5

Add your dhania. Serve.
Best served with ugali and sukuma.
