Ingredients

  1. 10# Ground Beef
  2. 10# Italian sausage
  3. 9 cupsbreadcrumbs
  4. 2 cupsketchup
  5. 1 cupCreole mustard
  6. 10whole eggs
  7. 1/3 cuporegano
  8. 1/3 Cupsalt
  9. 1/3 Cuppepper
  10. 1 cupCherry peppers diced
  11. 3 cupsOnion diced
  12. 2 cupsCelery diced
  13. 2 cupsParmesan shredded

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Sweat the onions, celery, and cherry peppers. Cool down.

  2. 2

    Mix all ingredients in the large mixer.

  3. 3

    Divide into six vacuum seal bags and seal.

  4. 4

    Roll into 2 ounce meatballs when needed
