Firstly we gonna make sugar syrup. For that we add sugar and water in a pan then place it on the flame. Now switch on the flame on high heat. Stir continuously until the sugar dessolves property. Now add cardamom pod. Let it boil for 5-6 minutes. After that switch off the flame and keep aside.

Now we gonna make gulab Jamun. Take a bowl add mawa, all-purpose flour, baking powder and milk. Now mix it well and make a soft dough. Now make small balls out of it and keep aside.

Now heat the oil in a pan or kadhai. Now put the mawa balls in it stir frequently and fry it on low to medium flame till dark brown.

Now remove it from the oil and dip into a sugar syrup. Cover it and keep aside for 1 hour.

Next we have to prepare Rabadi. For that we add milk in heavy bottom pan then place it on the flame. Once the milk started to boil keep the flame on medium low and stir continuously. When the milk reduces to half add sugar and and cardamom powder and mix it well. Now switch off the flame. Keep aside for 15-20 minutes. Once it's little cool then add mango pulp in it. Mix it well. Your mango Rabadi is ready.

Now it's time to serving, for that take your choice of serving plate pour some rabadi in it. Then place mini gulab jamuns on it. Apply silver warq and you done. Enjoy!
