Cooking Instructions

Put egg yolk + a little vanilla extract + sugar into a large bowl,
whisk the egg yolk until the color become creamy white.Then add milk + vegetable oil
Sift in flour + cocoa powder
and mixed well.Please watch the video for details:

Prepare meringue:
whisk the egg whites with sugar - 3
First add ⅓ meringue to the chocolate batter
Mix gently.
Then slowly add the egg whites several times.*Please remember don't over-mix.

Preheat the oven at 170°C and bake for 15-17 minutes.
After baking, transfer the cake to the cooling rack and wait for it until cool!

Prepare the chocolate cream:
Pour whipped cream and sugar into a bowl.
Add the melted chocolate and stir well.
Use an electric whisk to mix until creamy.Put the cream on the surface of the cake.
Then roll it up. Put it into the refrigerator for more than 1 hour!*Gently cut 3 lines on the surface of the cake
