Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 6-8Chicken wings
  2. Flour (cake flour / low protein flour)
  3. 2 tbsSoy sauce
  4. 2 tbsMirin
  5. 1 tbsSake
  6. 1 tbsSugar
  7. 1 tspGrated garlic
  8. 2 tbsSesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare 6 to 8 pcs of chicken wings and wipe the excess water using kitchen paper.
    Slice a little bit the meat part.
    Add some flour to cover the whole chicken wings.

    Prepare the frying pan. Use medium heat.
    Take out the chicken wings after it become
    a nice golden brown color.

  3. 3

    Make the sauce:
    Put all seasonings in a pot. (soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, grated garlic)
    After boiled, turn off the heat.
    Grate 2 tbs sesame seeds. Then pour it into the sauce.

    Mix the sauce with the chicken wings.
    Add little sesame seed on top.
    If you like, you can add chili or red pepper.
