Ingredients

10 minutes
4 people
  • 1/2 cupcream
  • 2 tbspcustard powder
  • 1/4 cupcrystal sugar
  • 1 glassmilk
  • 1big size beetroot(100gm)

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Just peel the beetroot.
    Grind it well without water.
    Cook with 1/4 cup of milk till raw aroma removed.

  2. 2

    Cool it.
    Now take milk in pan n add sugar and custard powder.
    Cook until thicken.

  3. 3

    Cool it again and beat with a beater till smooth.
    Add cream and beat until thickened.

  4. 4

    Add gradually cooked beetroot.
    Add condensed milk optional.
    Mix well and transfer in the tin.
    Cling wrap and freeze for overnight or 6 hours.

  5. 5

    Serve in a bowl with a white chocolate shell and rose syrup. And enjoy the yummilicious ice cream.
