Beetroot Healthy Ice cream
Steps

Just peel the beetroot.
Grind it well without water.
Cook with 1/4 cup of milk till raw aroma removed. - 2
Cool it.
Now take milk in pan n add sugar and custard powder.
Cook until thicken. - 3
Cool it again and beat with a beater till smooth.
Add cream and beat until thickened. - 4
Add gradually cooked beetroot.
Add condensed milk optional.
Mix well and transfer in the tin.
Cling wrap and freeze for overnight or 6 hours. - 5
Serve in a bowl with a white chocolate shell and rose syrup. And enjoy the yummilicious ice cream.
