I have added some extra ingredients to make this cream. This will bring different tastes. You can add more fruits rather than only strawberries in it.

I have added some extra ingredients to make this cream. This will bring different tastes. You can add more fruits rather than only strawberries in it.

Take the green leaves out from the strawberries. Wash them and take out the short thickened stem from inside with a straw.

Now in a bowl mix yoghurt and double cream. Add sugar though it’s optional. Mix them well.

Then pour the cream on strawberries. Mix them up.

You can either cut the strawberries or leave it whole. You can add other fruits as well like mangoes, pineapple.
