Vegan Teriyaki Stir Fry 𝓥 (𝙿𝚕𝚊𝚗𝚝 𝙱𝚊𝚜𝚎𝚍 𝙼𝚊𝚖𝚊𝚜🌿)

Cook your noodles for about 3-4 minutes, strain, and set aside.

Sauté broccoli, carrots, stir fry vegetables, and white mushrooms in oiled non stick pan for a few minutes. Just until the stir fry vegetables are fully defrosted and the other vegetables have sweat a little bit. You still want some crunch.

Add your noodles and preferred amount of Soy Vay sauce into the same pan as the sautéd vegetables.
Stir on high heat for about 5 minutes and everything is fully incorporated. - 4
The Soy Vay sauce is extremely seasoned so don’t add any salt.

Plate, serve, enjoy!
