Ingredients

2 people
  • 1fish, clean & scales cut them into pieces
  • 15Chilli
  • 3 galangal, sliced
  • 1 lemongrass
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 3 shallot
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • Coriander leaves
  • 3-4 fresh makrut thai lime leaves, shredded
  • 2 tbsps fish sauce

Steps

45 mins
  1. 1

    Pound galangal, lemongrass, chilli, shallot, garlic, turmeric and salt till well done.

  2. 2

    Mix the pounded with fish seasoning with fish sauce sprinkle coriander and fresh makrut thai lime leaves. Steam it 15 mins or till it cook. Serve with steam rice😋
