Ingredients

  1. 3eggs
  2. 1 cupnon fat Greek yogurt
  3. 1/2 cupunsweetened apple sauce
  4. 1/2 cupwarm water
  5. 2 tspvanilla extract
  6. 1 boxPillsbury vanilla cake mix
  7. 1/2 boxsugar free vanilla pudding mix
  8. Filling
  9. 2 tbspcinnamon
  10. 1 cupsugar
  11. 3/4 cupchopped walnuts
  12. Glaze
  13. 4 tbsppowdered sugar
  14. 1-2 tspmilk
  15. 1 tspvanilla extract

Cooking Instructions

40 min at 350°
  1. 1

    Heat oven to 350° Mix all the cake ingredients together. Wet then dry. Only do 3 eggs (not 4 so it’s moist)

    Grease baking bunt pan and add a layer of cinnamon walnut filling to bottom of pan. Then a layer of cake, then rest of filling and top with more cake. Bake for 40-45 min

    Let cake cook then drizzle glaze on top. Refrigerate after serving so it lasts longer since there’s not much sugar in it.
