Ingredients

  • 3-4ripe bananas
  • 1/3-1/2 cuppeanutbutter according to taste
  • 1/3 cuphoney
  • 1/4 cupunsweetened coconut or almond milk (or regular milk)
  • 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
  • 1 cupwhole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cupoats grinded in a food processor to flour consistency
  • 1 1/2 teaspoonbaking soda (carbonato)
  • 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mash bananas with a fork.

  2. 2

    Add peanut butter, honey, almond milk, and vanilla. Stir to combine.

  3. 3

    Add flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir to combine

  4. 4

    Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake for 45-50 mins
